The IGC Forum is a high quality conference focusing on deep geothermal energy. This year's IGC highlights were four expert forums about Turkey, Drilling Technology, International Projects,and Exploration. The next IGC Forum will take place from Feburary 15th to 16th, 2017.
The presentations of the IGC Forum 2016 are now ready for download at the website of the conference. The participants of the different forums received their access data in the last days by email. Today the programme for Forum I The Geothermal Energy Market in Turkey was published. Starting form an overview by Alexander Richter (thinkgeoenergy), Tevfik Kaya (Schlumberger) guides you to the subsurface, before Pieter Vis introduces the project Kocaköy of Transmark International. After the Coffee Break the focus is on the surface installations with presentations by Hartwig Schröder (enpros consulting) giving an overview on the power plant types and the challenges and Joseph Bonafin (Turboden).
